We had a great experience with Mast Family Culligan from start to finish. Abby was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful—she tested our water, explained everything clearly, and she even took time to play ball with our ball-obsessive dog Sammy :). We were able to get both our whole-home water system and RO system installed and set up within the same week, which was great and very convenient.Ramon, the installer, was also wonderful—super polite, friendly, and detail-oriented. I was a bit nervous about drilling through our quartz countertop for the RO faucet, but he took the time to make sure it was placed exactly where we wanted it and did an excellent job with the installation. He also took the time to explain everything on the new systems.Abby returned as promised for a follow-up water test to confirm everything was working properly, which gave us real peace of mind. We are already loving the difference with our new soft water, and we feel so much better about the quality of our drinking water.Thank you to the Mast Family Culligan team for the great service!

I had the pleasure of working with Abby and was thoroughly impressed with her knowledge and pricing for a whole house filtration, water softener and RO system. I was a huge Kinetico fan for years, but after moving Kinetico was unwilling to work with us and only wanted to tell us they are a premium provider at a much higher cost. The Service Plan at Mast Culligan is far superior and next day install is an added plus. Couldn’t recommend a better family owned business.

We purchased our system (whole house treatment system) yesterday, it was installed today and is working great already and is making a big difference. The consultation with Abby (Mast) was great. Richard Velez, our installer, was amazing. He was happy to explain what he was doing, share operational details, and provided operational advice. I could tell that he is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and meticulous with every detail.

Had our Culligan Water filtering/softening unit installed in December and very happy with it. Now when we use tap water to make tea no more film across the top of the water. Amazing how much the unit filters out. Referred a friend and they're happy with their unit too.

I setup the appointment with Culligan to get the right water filter. My sales associate name was Abby. She accessed me to get the right water filter system for my family. She scheduled me with a professional installer. My whole family loved the new water filter system. I am very with the whole process.

She delivered on next day installation, had an electrician who was SO smart (a real commodity these days down here) and helpful offer to come next day as well. We were installed and up and running with excellent quality water ASAP. Five stars!

We recently had a water softener system installed. The initial consultation and water testing was very thorough and informative. The install went very smoothly - professional techs. So glad we went with Culligan!

In just one week everything has improved! Our clothes fell cleaner, our skin softer and less dry, as well as dishes having fewer spots. The process was simple and easy. Abby came to our home and we had a unit installed the next day.

The entire experience was a breeze!! A sales agent was available within 2 days of my initial inquiry and 2 days later my unit was installed. Abby was wonderful to deal with as was Rich during install. I’m happy to support a family owned and operated branch and you can feel the importance as a customer. We have been a customer for more than 15 yrs now and have 2 accounts, 1 at our main home and at a duplex we own. I originally gave Mast Family Culligan a 5 star but recently have become very disappointed in the customer service and their billing practices. Marissa has failed to do her job properly, suddenly not emailing invoices after replacing our water conditioner in September of 2025, supposedly a computer glitch 🤦. She needs to check her tone of voice and rudeness. Today I called 2/6/26 because of a $5.00 late charge fee when they received payment on the 2nd of January and the bill wasn't due till the 15th. Again it was Marissa and it was another computer glitch, besides the attitude you ger from her 🤔.Unfortunately for now we're stuck with the company. I will give the company a 4 star because the office manager Jennifer did get back to me in regards to the matter, plus Kathy in the office and the technician Kyle that does our filter change is always very nice.

The technician (Carlos) took the time to show me all the equipment and explain how it worked. The sales person I met with last week arrived on time and was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I feel I’m off to a good start with Culligan of Fort Myers.

I was initially eating this business a 1 star I recently had an experience you guys where I encountered some issues with the cleanliness of the equipment provided. Unfortunately, the initial delivery wasn’t up to standard, and my interaction with Alicia at the office was quite disappointing, as she didn’t seem to care about the situation. However, I want to give a special thanks to Josh in delivery, who stepped in and really turned things around. He was professional, attentive, and made sure everything was resolved quickly and effectively. Because of Josh’s excellent service, I’m willing to give Culligan Water another chance and hope for a smoother experience moving forward.

Professional service always!

I had a salt water softener installed. Abby Mast came to my home and answered all my questions and took water tests. The water softener was installed 3 business days later. The installer was great! He answered questions and was very professional. I was impressed overall with the installer.It’s too soon to see if the salt is clearing the junk buildup of 21 years out of the pipes but I have confidence that this product will do the job. It is a pleasure to work with the Mast Family and their Culligan products.

I didn't get my notice of today's delivery so I missed Jared, I called him and he said he will drop by and make my delivery when he is done with his route which I greatly appreciate, as usual Jared goes out of his way to bring me exceptional service, thank you!

Abby Mast came to our home and went over the various options. It’s expensive but worth the investment. We purchased the system and the reverse osmosis system. They are able to be taken with us if we move. The water in our place was hard and we had to clean the faucets quite often due to the disgusting buildup. Abby was patient and answered our questions. Carlos did the installation and was professional and quick. There is a wifi connection where you can check your system away from your home.Currently waiting for a Publix gift card and another promotional discount which will be delivered soon.I can already feel a difference with my skin and hair!

We put in the whole house system outside and also the under the sink. They provided salt and monitoring for the first year. When we returned I checked the salt tank and when I opened the salt lid it was so full of salt and hard as a rock. When their installer added salt he told me to only fill half way because we were seasonal and that it would be noted that it would not be used half the year. Now it's been a year and no more free service so I will have to pay someone or soften and remove the cement they created. My recommendation, do your own salt adding. We broke up, emptied out the salt and added back in to a little over half. Mast did send a technician who tested the water and the unit for proper operation. He was very thorough and gracious.

I live in Lehigh and I can definitely vouch they provide good clean water 💯 filtered water is crystal clear and good with ice and done for excellent price if you care about good quality things for your home definitely contact this company

Today was our Annual Filter Change service appointment, and the experience was amazing. At 8:05 am, Jay Figueroa called to confirm the service time frame. Jay arrived as scheduled and clearly explained the steps of the service. He tested the water and even checked our water softener and reverse osmosis equipment outside the house to ensure everything was functioning properly. I have been a customer for over five years, and every time one of your technicians - Jay, Juan, or Eladín - visits our home, we receive excellent service. I called Mast Culligan Ft Myers and spoke with Abby. She was out the following day to give me a breakdown of how everything works, pricing, and answered every question I threw her way. She had a service man out the following day to fit my schedule because I wanted it installed ASAP and was leaving town. All I can say about the service is it was EXCELLENT! The system is installed now working great and I no longer smell chlorine in my water and don't deal with dry skin or irritated skin from the hard water down here in SW Florida. I recommend everyone get a home water filtration system and softener if you live here in Ft Myers. Mast Culligan is who I would use if I had to do it over again.

We were concerned about our drinking water and our neighbors suggested we try Mast Family Culligan. Abby came over and tested the water. As a former pool manager…when I saw the chlorine level over 5 ppm….I knew we didn’t let people swim in water over 5 ppm and I was drinking it!,, At this point Abby went over what they offer and we bought a system. Installation was the next day. The service tech was very respectful to us and had the system installed in under 3 hours. I would recommend Mast Family Culligan to everyone
