I was initially eating this business a 1 star I recently had an experience you guys where I encountered some issues with the cleanliness of the equipment provided. Unfortunately, the initial delivery wasn’t up to standard, and my interaction with Alicia at the office was quite disappointing, as she didn’t seem to care about the situation. However, I want to give a special thanks to Josh in delivery, who stepped in and really turned things around. He was professional, attentive, and made sure everything was resolved quickly and effectively. Because of Josh’s excellent service, I’m willing to give Culligan Water another chance and hope for a smoother experience moving forward.

I had a salt water softener installed. Abby Mast came to my home and answered all my questions and took water tests. The water softener was installed 3 business days later. The installer was great! He answered questions and was very professional. I was impressed overall with the installer.It’s too soon to see if the salt is clearing the junk buildup of 21 years out of the pipes but I have confidence that this product will do the job. It is a pleasure to work with the Mast Family and their Culligan products.

I didn't get my notice of today's delivery so I missed Jared, I called him and he said he will drop by and make my delivery when he is done with his route which I greatly appreciate, as usual Jared goes out of his way to bring me exceptional service, thank you!

Abby Mast came to our home and went over the various options. It’s expensive but worth the investment. We purchased the system and the reverse osmosis system. They are able to be taken with us if we move. The water in our place was hard and we had to clean the faucets quite often due to the disgusting buildup. Abby was patient and answered our questions. Carlos did the installation and was professional and quick. There is a wifi connection where you can check your system away from your home.Currently waiting for a Publix gift card and another promotional discount which will be delivered soon.I can already feel a difference with my skin and hair!

We put in the whole house system outside and also the under the sink. They provided salt and monitoring for the first year. When we returned I checked the salt tank and when I opened the salt lid it was so full of salt and hard as a rock. When their installer added salt he told me to only fill half way because we were seasonal and that it would be noted that it would not be used half the year. Now it's been a year and no more free service so I will have to pay someone or soften and remove the cement they created. My recommendation, do your own salt adding. We broke up, emptied out the salt and added back in to a little over half. Mast did send a technician who tested the water and the unit for proper operation. He was very thorough and gracious.

I live in Lehigh and I can definitely vouch they provide good clean water 💯 filtered water is crystal clear and good with ice and done for excellent price if you care about good quality things for your home definitely contact this company

Today was our Annual Filter Change service appointment, and the experience was amazing. At 8:05 am, Jay Figueroa called to confirm the service time frame. Jay arrived as scheduled and clearly explained the steps of the service. He tested the water and even checked our water softener and reverse osmosis equipment outside the house to ensure everything was functioning properly. I have been a customer for over five years, and every time one of your technicians - Jay, Juan, or Eladín - visits our home, we receive excellent service. I called Mast Culligan Ft Myers and spoke with Abby. She was out the following day to give me a breakdown of how everything works, pricing, and answered every question I threw her way. She had a service man out the following day to fit my schedule because I wanted it installed ASAP and was leaving town. All I can say about the service is it was EXCELLENT! The system is installed now working great and I no longer smell chlorine in my water and don't deal with dry skin or irritated skin from the hard water down here in SW Florida. I recommend everyone get a home water filtration system and softener if you live here in Ft Myers. Mast Culligan is who I would use if I had to do it over again.

We were concerned about our drinking water and our neighbors suggested we try Mast Family Culligan. Abby came over and tested the water. As a former pool manager…when I saw the chlorine level over 5 ppm….I knew we didn’t let people swim in water over 5 ppm and I was drinking it!,, At this point Abby went over what they offer and we bought a system. Installation was the next day. The service tech was very respectful to us and had the system installed in under 3 hours. I would recommend Mast Family Culligan to everyone

We have been so pleased working with this particular Culligan location. We have had Culligan over the years in other cities but non have the level of quality of interaction and delivery that the Mast Family has. We began with a meeting with Abby, chose a filtration and softening solution and RO. Carlos did a fantastic installation and the water is REALLY improved. This was definitely an easy button for me. I highly recommend them.

Robert called to let me know he was on his way to service my RO system. He was very thorough and worked hard to resolve my problems. After replacing every part of the system, he called Wayne for back up to be sure he hadn’t missed anything. Together they resolved the issue and fixed my RO system. I just had Mast Culligan install a new system in my new townhome so I wanted to update my review of 5 years ago when they installed my system in my home in Naples Reserve.What sold me on installing another Culligan system was the great experiences I had with them previously and now, 5 years later, they still provide an excellent product with outstanding services.For this installation Abby was the field rep and covered all questions fully and professionally. Dillon was the installation technician and did a great job. Both Abby and Dillon were timely in communications and performance.This continues to be a great product supported by great people who are part of our community. My wife and I moved to FL 3 years ago and bought a softner system from another company and have had nothing but problems and the final straw has when we were told that the filtration tank had a crack in it and would need to be replaced. We called Culliganin Fort Myers FL on a Friday and had an appointment on Saturday. Our Salesman John L. was right on time and addressed our concerns. My wife and I wanted to add an under the sink RO system to our NEW softner system and asked John if it was possible and how much room it would take up under the sink. John was spot on with how it would fit and explained our benifits of having a RO system. I also wanted the discharge line to run in a differant direction outside from what the other company had done. John said it would not be a problem and that his installer (Carlos) would not have a problem doing this. Kathy, their inside person handled all of the date and timing and Carlos was on time. This guy was so easy to work with and was able to do everthing that John said he could do. Kathy followed up with infomation that I wanted mailed to me because my printer had broken down and was also spot on. The whole experience couldn't have gone any smoother and is exactly what my wife and I expected and what John had told would happen. It was a pleasure working with a company that did what they said they would do. I can't say enough as to how pleased we are with the service that Culligan of Fort Myers, FL provided us.Jerry R.

I have struggled for years to keep our master bathroom shower area clean. No matter how much I tried, I could always see a pink/orange scum on the shower floor and by the sink drain. I called Mast Culligan for help. Abby Mast came out, performed a water test and showed me both the hardness and sediment in my water. I can’t believe that I was actually drinking that water. She recommended a water softener system and a reverse osmosis system for our drinking water. It was scheduled to be installed within a day!! It’s been less than a week, but the difference is simply amazing. There are no more hardwater stains in our master bathroom. A shower feels so much better. It’s hard to describe our drinking water which is so pure or clean. I can’t even imagine drinking bottled water anymore. I wish I had thought to call Mast Culligan years ago.

I bought a water softner and reverse osmosis unit from Culligan awhile back, and it was a good decision. Abby was great to deal with and she explained the pluses and minues of the various systems based on my needs. Our water is so much better now, and we don't have to continuously purchase water bottels from the store. The best part is a guy just shows up and checks on everything for us every few months.
