Great water great experience with them delivering don’t have the household getting at the grocery store get delivered right to your porch. You don’t have to drag it around in your shopping cart while you’re shopping.

I got Culligan filtration system installed back in February of 2026. It's been an amazing experience since. However; water stop flowing in my home on Saturday, August 22nd, 2026. The technician over the phone was helpful. We went through the process of turning on the bypass, which caused water to flow, but the smell was awful. Rick Velez, Technician came out on Monday, got everything running the way it should. Rick customer service skills was professional and very upbeat, which was very welcome.Thank you Culligan water 💧

The Technician that comes by to take care of my equipment is Logan Haack, and I want to make sure I give him a massive shout out for being so thorough. This guy works so hard and is so competent in his job, AND so friendly and professional as well. He literally goes above and beyond to make sure my system is not only functioning effectively, but that I am aware of everything during the process and happy with the results. He's awesome.

I had a wonderful experience with Culligan from start to finish! Bryan, my sales representative, was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and helpful in making sure I understood what I needed for my home. He made the entire process easy and went above and beyond to get me scheduled for installation as quickly as possible.Jeremy, my installation technician, was equally fantastic. He installed both my whole-house water softener system and the point-of-use system in my kitchen. He was kind, professional, efficient, and took the time to walk me through how everything worked and how to use and maintain the systems. He made sure I felt completely comfortable before he left, and the entire installation was completed in no time.The level of service from both Bryan and Jeremy was exceptional. I’m extremely happy with my experience and would absolutely recommend Culligan, and especially Bryan and Jeremy, to anyone considering a water treatment system for their home!
