I usually don't see our delivery man, but I know he is always on time because I check for the water about 7:15, & he's already been there! The few times I've been home, he's always put mÿ new bottles in the rack for me.He's very polite too.
Culligan serviced our water softener today. They called me and the service was performed on time. I’ve been impressed with their products and service since installation last year. I would recommend them.
We had this system put in less then a year ago and continue to have problem with brown smelling and water as well as cloudy white milky water. Never had these issues on our old system. Really starting to regret getting this put in; hopefully, they can once and for all address whatever equipment issues that they are having and we can become part of the happy Culligan family. I'll update. Update, everything is now working fine thanks to our wonderful serviceman Josh. He found the problem and so far have had no further issues. Thanks Culligan
Customer Service , are very professional always willing to help . I’m very Great full for the driver Aaron , we forgot to put out the empty gallons , and he was so kind and smart and left us 2 , I was washing him over the camera and felt a relief.Thanks Aaron , we appreciate your smart decision !!
This company has been wonderful with our water delivery. Alisha is who helped us set up everything and whenever I have a question or change she responds immediately to confirm. Joe our delivery man is super friendly and very helpful, especially when we first started with setting up our cooler and delivery of water. I truly can't say enough how professional and quick they are for every single thing. I wish we would have set this up sooner. Everything is so well organized, which we love.
Everytime I call someone at Culligan they are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I've used them for a 5 gallon filter for 3 years. Never have I had a bad experience. Highly recommend them. My card was lost and I didn't pay my bill for months. The person on the phone removed my fees and was understanding of my situation. Talk about honest business.
I had my Culligan system installed in April, but was concerned it wasn’t softening the water over much. However, everything was perfect, Luis explained the various water tests he did as he went. Excellent company, super responsive!

Started with home delivery a month ago. I was purchasing 3 gallons from the office weekly.I needed to up my gallon size and it was a better option financially to get delivery.Not going in every week & having it delivered is a winner for me.
I called for an estimate and Abby came right out. She was professional answered all my questions and made sure we were comfortable going forward. Our water system was installed within two days. Very happy and would highly recommend this company.

We are very happy we contracted with Mast Family Culligan for our water softening system. Our onsite presentation was with Abby Mast. She provided an onsite water assessment of our water and then presented the different options. Her presentation was honest, knowledgable and not pushy at all. The pricing was straightforward. Besides reading many great reviews for the company, Abby's sales approach was a big reason why we decided to move forward. Our installation was scheduled for two days later. We received the text at 7 am for the arrival window for our tech. Ramon was the onsite tech and he did a great job. He was done in about two hours, took the time to explain the system and left the area as clean and uninterrupted as possible. We can definitely see/feel the difference in the water and are so glad we moved forward with this system.
Our monthly water delivery is always timely and professional. Joe Banks is the best! He always brings my water into the garage and places the bottles where I keep them. As a senior citizen, I appreciate the special treatment!! Mast Family Culligan is the best!

Logan did a very good job. He was only there just a few minutes. I was watching him through my surveillance system and very pleased at the way that he got in and out and providing good service. I recommend a Culligan for anybody.

Everyone is so nice and courteous and you always talk to a PERSON when you call. They came Tuesday to replace filters in the house and were really nice and pointed out that I probably should replace my old system outside. We talked about it and decided to do it and they were able to come Wednesday and do it. They came and replaced it today and the gentleman was very nice and professional. He pointed out something on my well water pump that I might want to have taken care of. Everyone is always so professional and let you know when they're on the way. I would recommend them to everyone.
