Iron, Rust in Your Home's Water in Fort Myers

Alex has been delivering my water for sometime now. At my age it is hard for me to bring in those water jogs in the house. Alex has been so kind and helpful bringing them in to the house. He is always very professional and has a great attitude. I am very pleased with Culligan water and recommend it highly.

We have water cooler that we use in an office. Matthew is always friendly and efficient. We requested a new dispenser and he and the people I spoke to on the phone were able to bring it to us the very next day.

John was my salesman and Dylan did my installation. Both of these individuals were simply FANTASTIC. I had may questions (I'm sort of a techie) about the system function and compararing and contrasting Culligan and other systems, and John was extremely knowledgeable. Dylan exceeded all expectations as an installer. He was affible, thorough, and most eager to make my installation exactly as I imagined. Both of these gentlemen are excellent representatives for Mast Family Culligan. If these two are typical of the whole company, I know I will never be disappointed. Can't wait to enjoy all the benefits of Culligan water.

Great experience! Abby is very friendly and easy to work with. Ordered faucet to match our sink, it arrived next business day and they installed right away. Installation was quick and the guy who installed was very professional. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Everything went smooth in and out very quickly

The water and delivery is all good. The payment process is terrible. You can log into your account in an “app” which is a webpage, but you can’t see anything about your account. You can’t see the delivery schedule, amount you owe, or an invoice. You log into your the app to pay and then have to look back into your email, find the invoice sent to you, and then make your payment. Payment methods are not saved.

On time and well done

The company’s change to giving earlier notice of when water will be delivered instead of notifying me the morning of delivery has made me extremely happy! Service is excellent! I do wish there was also a way to be sure the outsides of the bottles were clean instead of dirty.

Awesome company - no issues with delivery. The drivers are always friendly. And they are dog friendly.

I’m really pleased with the whole process. They were able to install the filtration and softener pretty quickly. I’ve noticed a difference in the taste of the water after a week or so. I don’t see a need to purchase bottled water anymore!
