Did a nice job of installing the total home system. The water is delicious and most definitely noticeable vis-a-vis a Brita-like setup.

Our tech was thorough, knowledgeable, and professional!

Amazing water company hands down professional and always help full

Our Tecnician was very courteous and professional

They are great. They delivered my waters asap. They answer all my questions.

They came at the time they were supposed to. They were very polite. They replaced the things that needed to be replaced and we discussed a preventive way to hope that it doesn't happen again from rain getting into the control panel, they're very polite and courteous and this is usually what I expect and they outdid theirselves

I am extremely happy with the service I receive from culligan, the drivers even place the water bottles inside my garage when able. Outstanding job

We had our sink filter installed a year ago and have been very pleased with it over the past year. Had our annual service call today and filter change. At ever step they’ve been professionally, courteous and prompt.

Been with Mast Family Culligan for over 15 years. Their service has been nothing short of great. Their delivery drivers are top notch. Been more than 1 occasion where I forgot to put out my empty bottles and they’ve knocked on the door to see if I needed water, I always did. If you are looking for a reliable water service you can’t go wrong with Mast Family Culligan.

Great techs. Always cheerful and know what they are doing. I love my water osmosis unit under my sink.

I got Culligan filtration system installed back in February of 2026. It's been an amazing experience since. However; water stop flowing in my home on Saturday, August 22nd, 2026. The technician over the phone was helpful. We went through the process of turning on the bypass, which caused water to flow, but the smell was awful. Rick Velez, Technician came out on Monday, got everything running the way it should. Rick customer service skills was professional and very upbeat, which was very welcome.Thank you Culligan water 💧

I'm so elated about my system and the Platinum Program benefits. The Technician that comes by to take care of my equipment is Logan Haack, and I want to make sure I give him a massive shout out for being so thorough. This guy works so hard and is so competent in his job, AND so friendly and professional as well. He literally goes above and beyond to make sure my system is not only functioning effectively, but that I am aware of everything during the process and happy with the results. He's awesome.

Joe is a very good delivery guy excellent performance….
