I’m really pleased with the whole process. They were able to install the filtration and softener pretty quickly. I’ve noticed a difference in the taste of the water after a week or so. I don’t see a need to purchase bottled water anymore!

I usually don't see our delivery man, but I know he is always on time because I check for the water about 7:15, & he's already been there! The few times I've been home, he's always put mÿ new bottles in the rack for me.He's very polite too.

We had this system put in less then a year ago and continue to have problem with brown smelling and water as well as cloudy white milky water. Never had these issues on our old system. Really starting to regret getting this put in; hopefully, they can once and for all address whatever equipment issues that they are having and we can become part of the happy Culligan family.
