Great experience, came in tested the water, showed us the result and installed the system the day later was setup within a week. Whole home plus osmosis in kitchen.

We are pleased with the water and impressed with the service reps. they are efficient, knowledgeable & professional. The "Refer a Friend" program seems to be a little misleading. I referred a friend, who got a water system, but I never received the reward.

I recently bought a house in SE Cape after moving from SW Cape. It has a Halo Water system. I noticed the drain was leaking water continuously so I called the manufacturer. Even though the system was installed in 2017 and it has a 10 year warranty, they wouldn't cover any repairs because I wasn't the original owner - even after I supplied the original invoice from the original homeowner. I called Aztec to get a quote to repair it since they installed it. Over $700 just to fix a leak in the head of the unit. I told the tech that if the repair isn't reasonable I'm putting in a Culligan system hands-down. (I installed a whole house Culligan filtration system and an RO system in my last house and loved it). Aside from the repair cost - the water from the Halo system tasted terrible. No comparison to a Culligan system. Last Friday I set up an appt with Culligan for this Monday. John came out and proved to be a very personable, knowledgable guy. I wasn't a tough sell because I knew the value Culligan had for me in my last place in comparison to the Halo system. I had a new Culligan water filtration system and RO system installed the next day. The installation tech was outstanding. Unfortunately I don't remember his name but he went above and beyond what he was required to do on my install. Couldn't be happier with the overall system and the company. If you live in Cape Coral - this is the system you need!

I made a request to update my water softener system for my home and was able to schedule a technician to come out the next day. He performed a water test which showed extremely hard water which I suspected. The technician was very knowledgeable and was able to explain everything about acquiring a new system for my needs. They were able to come out the next day and install the system which only took about 2 hours along with my under sink RO system. The technician that installed my system was very friendly, knowledgeable and worked efficiently. Since I have had my system installed I am very happy and impressed with how the water feels and tastes. I would absolutely recommend Culligan Fort Myers.

Abby responded quickly to our interest in a home water treatment system and explained thoroughly all the options. The next day the install was quickly and expertly completed, with detailed (and friendly) explanations. The day after that, electrical - same friendly expertise. Our water is so silky soft you almost don't need a moisturizer after a shower and our hair is tamed! The water no longer smells, we have NO water spots on dishes and the taste from our drinking spigot is bourbon-ice worthy.😍 So glad we made this connection!!!!!!

I love my new Culligan water filtration system. What an excellent value for the price and I don't have to drink from plastic bottles any more. I use the purified water for coffee, washing fruits and vegetables, cooking pasta and rice as well as for drinking. The ice cubes are purified as well. Culligan is a wonderful family owned company. Abby is amazing to work with and the technician who installed the system was extremely competent and very patient.

Our office's delivery guy, Reuben, is great. Always friendly, courteous and efficient.Hard worker. And he recently got told by his office of an addition to our usual delivery AFTER he'd already delivered, yet he turned around and came back and brought more. Not his fault, as we'd called the day before, but he wasn't told in time. But he took care of us. Hope Culligan takes care of him as one of their hard workers.
