I have been involved with my family’s business my entire life! My grandfather started this company over 50 years ago in SW Florida and now we are down to the third generation! I knew from the time I was 4 years old I wanted to be a part of the family business. I love helping families get better, safer, cleaner water. As a Florida native, my favorite things to do in SW Florida are to go inshore fishing, hangout at the beach, and to spend time with my husband & golden-doodle Bruce. Excellent Service by Abby Mast and her team! They were very professional, prompt and explained everything in great detail. We noticed a difference with the water softener right away. We highly recommend this company!
I had Abby from Culligan water come out and test my water. She showed up on time and very friendly. She explained everything so that I understood the results and what does what.
We set up the install for the following day.
The installer showed when they were suppose to and were very friendly. It couldn’t have gone any better. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. 👍👍
Abby came by our house for a presentation. I expected a 15 minute hard-sell, but she was extremely knowledegable, considerate, and responsive to my questions and concerns! Abby showed me actual water samples, TDS, soap comparisons, charts and graphs of different water quality over the course of one hour. She was knowledgeable about where our water specifically came from for our part of the Verandah neighborhood and how it may change without our knowing or consent. Installation was scheduled for the very next day! Our installer (Marvin?) called twice to keep us updated on his schedule. And, as Abby promised, we now have soap suds with very little soap, no water spots on glasses, and clean, tasty water from our RO system at the sink. Yes it costs a few bucks, but already we feel like it was worth the cost. Thanks Abby Mast and Culligan!
